We are looking for organizations/churches/businesses to be a host location site for the live webcast cast. The success of the Black Men’s Health Summit has been in the comradery…the opportunity to have breakfast and interact with friends, and other men who have taken an active interest in their health. This fellowship is a major component of the Black Men’s Health Summit we are asking for your assistance to continue this tradition. If you have a location (church/ business/ organization/ community center) with a screen or monitor with internet service, it can be considered to become a site for the 9 am live webcast viewing. This is a “GREAT” opportunity to participate in an innovative concept, the first of its kind!
HOW TO BECOME A HOST LOCATION SITE FOR THE BLACK MEN’S HEALTH E-SUMMIT
- Have a facility that can accommodate at least 20 men
- Determine if the site will be just for your organization/group or if it will be available and opened to men from the general public ( It’s your option)

The Central Florida Pharmacy Council will provide the host webcast location sites with:
- On-site facilitators to ensure you are properly linked and have access to online E-Summit
- On- site registration for participants who did not register online
- Hats for all registered participants
- Health education materials
- Vouchers for health screenings that will be held on July 18th
- Breakfast snack goody bags for the participants
